Take the time to do something great for yourself while reaping the health and relaxation benefits of yoga. This free class is for all abilities; if you’ve never tried yoga, now is the perfect time to start! Bring a yoga mat and some water. If you don’t have a yoga mat, we have a limited number of mats to borrow.
