Board Membership Application

Use this form to express your interest in becoming a member of the Niles District Library Board.

Thank you for your interest in serving your community and the Library. The authority to make appointments to the Library Board is held by Niles City Council and the Niles Township Board.

The Library Board has no authority regarding these appointments but does provide recommendations.

You may also contact the City Council or Township Board directly concerning your interest in serving.

The only qualification for Board Members is that they must reside and be qualified to vote in the Library District (City of Niles and Niles Township with the exception of those parts of Niles Township which are served by Buchanan School District.)
